is a group we have created for like minded coaches to be able to connect, learn and discuss topics related to coaching and training. A place for education, growth and support.

Whether you are a personal trainer, yoga instructor, athletics coach, clinician etc., we can all learn from each other and create a network of professionals that truly want to see other people grow.

Street to Strong Program

Our Streets to Strong program is a non-profit program that brings local businesses and the community together to provide scholarship opportunities for those in need. This program was created to allow everyone to have access to our facility and to make a positive impact on high school/college level athletes in the local area.

These scholarships provide memberships to talented athletes who would otherwise have no access to a safe space where they can be themselves, work hard and learn the skills needed to succeed in life.

If you are a local business owner that would like to partner with us to provide a scholarship please fill out the form below and we will reach out to you with more information. We have multiple scholarship tiers available to choose from, no donation is too small to make a difference.

Success Story

For the past 2 years we have worked with local high schools and teams to provide discounted memberships to help teach the skills and physical attributes needed to succeed both athletically and personally. One such team is the Ocoee High Varsity Basketball Team who with our help won the Metro Championships for the first time in 2020 and secured numerous College Scholarships for their athletes.​

High School Program

Our High School program creates a one of a kind experience. From Sports Performance to Olympic Weightlifting, we provide a unique experience that combines learning and elevating performance in whichever sport you may be in.

Sports Performance

This program provides the athletic foundation needed to excel at your chosen sport. Develop the 3 pillars of sports performance in a safe and controlled environment, taught by knowledgeable and experienced coaches. The 3 pillars we focus on are movement proficiency and control, strength and power output, and speed, quickness and agility.

The High School Program runs Mon-Thurs 3-5pm, Fri 3-4pm

Olympic Weightlifting

This program is a high school specific weightlifting program that includes learning the technique and building the strength of the three high school weightlifting lifts; the snatch, the clean and jerk, and the bench press. Combined with strength training and accessory work that targets the individual muscles, this program will get you to the next level in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

The High School Program runs Mon-Thurs 3-5pm, Fri 3-4pm
