High School Program

Our High School program creates a one of a kind experience. From Sports Performance to Olympic Weightlifting, we provide a unique experience that combines learning and elevating performance in whichever sport you may be in.

Sports Performance

This program provides the athletic foundation needed to excel at your chosen sport. Develop the 3 pillars of sports performance in a safe and controlled environment, taught by knowledgeable and experienced coaches. The 3 pillars we focus on are movement proficiency and control, strength and power output, and speed, quickness and agility.

The High School Program runs Mon-Thurs 3-5pm, Fri 3-4pm

Olympic Weightlifting

This program is a high school specific weightlifting program that includes learning the technique and building the strength of the three high school weightlifting lifts; the snatch, the clean and jerk, and the bench press. Combined with strength training and accessory work that targets the individual muscles, this program will get you to the next level in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

The High School Program runs Mon-Thurs 3-5pm, Fri 3-4pm
