Nutrition is one of the most important factors in determining health, alongside physical activity. 

We believe everyone should know the fundamentals of how to fuel their bodies properly for health and for fitness. We provide our nutritional education in 4 different ways. Seminar, consultation, small group and individual.

 

1-Hour Consultation

Our nutritional reset. Spend an hour with one of our qualified nutrition coaches to fine tune your current eating habits to get you to your goals. 

Each begins with you submitting a 5-day food diary and answering a short questionnaire about yourself and your goals. 

Our coaches will then discuss key areas of improvement and also provide you with a personalised dietary handbook giving detailed information about what your body needs to reach your nutritional goals.

 

Small Group

Join a group of 6-10 people looking to improve their understanding of their nutrition and personal dietary needs. 

This 3 month course covers everything in our nutrition seminar but is delivered over 8, 1-hour seminars every 2 weeks. 

Each participant will receive a personalised dietary handbook giving detailed information about what their body needs to reach their nutritional goals as well as access to our private Rise Nutrition FB Group.

 

1:1 Coaching

Our most comprehensive nutrition coaching option. 

Work 1:1 with one of our qualified nutrition coaches to achieve true nutritional freedom and reach your goals. 

Receive personalised nutrition education based on your current knowledge as well as weekly macronutrient and caloric goals.

Seminar

A deep dive into our nutrition course. The 3 hour seminar covers the foundations of nutrition. 

This is delivered throughout the year at our facility or at other facilities at the owners request. 

The goal of this seminar is to provide you with the foundational knowledge needed to make informed decisions about the foods you eat. 

We will cover a little bit of everything that relates to understanding how we should eat. Our seminar covers the following topics;
